Welcome to the pilot's seat...
Absolutely no experience is required. Prepare yourself for the thrill of a lifetime as you take control of a multi-million pound, full motion flight simulator. This is your opportunity to fly a Boeing flight simulator, normally reserved for the exclusive training of professional pilots. First you will be given a 30 minute pre-flight briefing including flight deck instruments, controls and systems. Once your training is complete you will be at the controls from take-off to touchdown, including start-up and shut-down. All of this under the instruction of a British Airways pilot. You may either enjoy this experience exclusively or have one additional guest accompany you. They can either watch or share the flying time with you. Why not make a loved ones dream come true? Our gift vouchers are ideal for all special occasions. We have a number of options available giving you maximum flexibility. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Flight Simulator Experiences are available to book 30 days in advance. More dates and times will appear as they become available. We accept most major debit and credit cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Amex or Diners cards.

Restrictions

Please observe the following:

Age

The minimum age is 14. Under 18 year olds must be escorted by an adult. There is no maximum age.

Security

To ensure all guests can pass through Security, we require a passport and one other form of identification such as a driving licence or company ID card.
Entry will not be permitted without your passport and identification.

Health

Guests should be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this experience. It is advised that expectant mothers should not participate.

Physical Ability

Our events involve a degree of physical mobility and so may not be suitable for some people. Please contact us for further information.

Clothing

For your comfort and safety, we recommend smart casual clothing and flat shoes. Ladies may prefer to wear trousers.

Photography

Photography is permitted at the discretion of your pilot. The use of mobile phones, video cameras or similar recording equipment as well as tripods, lighting etc. is not permitted.

On Arrival

When you arrive, please park in the multi-storey car park then make your way to the security office. Once you have cleared security you will meet your pilot and begin your pre-flight brief.
