Ground School

Our highly experienced Ground School instructors can provide you with JAR approved aircraft type-technical courses. These have been developed to meet the high standards demanded by British Airways, one of the worlds leading airlines in quality and safety.

Computer Based Training (CBT) is used in conjunction with daily sessions in our Fixed Base Simulators (FBS). Each 2 hour detail is conducted using the scans, procedures and checks relevant to your company. Pilots are tested every 3 days to monitor their progress.

Aircraft conversion courses normally last
10 - 11 days depending on type and recent experience. A 2 day pre-course is available for pilots inexperienced in using Flight Management Computers (FMC's).

On completion of the course, your pilots will have the confidence and knowledge needed to gain maximum value from the Full Flight Simulator phase of training.

CRM

Crew Resource Management training is available for Flight and Cabin Crew and can be tailored to meet your requirements in both classroom and practical situations.

Training can be customised to meet your needs and may be carried out either under the British Airways Type Rating Training Organisation or your own. Our experienced Customer Account Managers are available to you and your training department in order to discuss your training requirements as well as any specific operating procedures. They can also provide advice and support for your training planners and liase with your flight crew to ensure a consistent approach throughout their training.
